Hi, I’m Rebecca.
I became a defense attorney for one reason—
I believe in standing up for people when they need it most.
At Resilient Justice, I don’t see clients as case numbers or paperwork. I see people who are up against a system that can be overwhelming, unfair, and unforgiving. Whether you’re facing criminal charges or fighting to keep your family together in a DCFS case, I’m here to be the advocate you need—relentless, strategic, and always in your corner.
My journey to becoming a lawyer wasn’t easy, but it shaped the attorney I am today. Despite working two jobs, I graduated with honors from Northern Illinois University’s School of Law in 2019. At graduation, I was recognized for my Outstanding Contribution to Trial Advocacy after competing in both local and national mock trial competitions. I was also honored with NIU’s Outstanding Woman Student Award, a reflection of my dedication to leadership and justice.
My approach is simple: I fight hard, I fight smart, and I never forget that behind every case is a real person with a future worth protecting. I know the stakes are high, and I treat every case like it’s the most important one—because for you, it is.
If you’re looking for a defense attorney who will stand with you, fight for you, and never back down, let’s talk. Your future is worth defending, and I’m ready to get to work.
